What is dance meditation?
It is a type of meditation in which we use the rhythm, attentiveness, and an intuitive state which are typical qualities of many types of meditation and dancing -- even dancing which is recreational rather than meditational. Any kind of dancing can be meditative, but there is also a classification of "sacred dancing," which is the use of dance to explore and express our identity as soul.
Guidelines for dance meditation
1. Focus on the dance, not the ego (or any of the ego's archetypal field-elements which might be constellated in dysfunctional traits which we might label vanity, shyness, etc.). We are not distracted by a need to impress people who are watching us, or to dance in accordance with our self-image (as a "talented dancer" or a "klutz"), or to set standards for any qualities such as gracefulness or spirituality. Instead, we become immersed in our moment-to-moment expression of the feelings and revelations which emerge. We might say that we "become the dance," or we lose ourselves in the dancing, or we dance to a deity, or we surrender to the dance, or we let the dance happen through us. We allow ourselves to be whatever emerges: wild or silly or sweaty or strange or primitive or ethereal. In order to achieve this unself-consciousness, we must either dance alone or in a group in which the people are accepting and non-judgmental, so that we can improvise, and put aside the persona, and express the intimate aspects our selves -- our spiritual devotion, our unconscious impulses, and the feelings which seem to be too tender to be expressed in our daily life. Allow yourself this freedom, and allow it in the other dancers, too.
2. Find the "dance energy" within yourself. Our body is filled with life, and it is constantly generating energy. While dancing, part of the meditation is to perceive the subtle energies and feelings which emerge from inside of us. We can detect the various places from which the energy radiates most powerfully -- the heart, the digestive organs, the brain, the sexual organs, the hara (about 2" below the navel but in the center of the body), the chakras, and other locations. We can notice the movement of energy throughout our body -- flowing upward from our feet, outward to our hands, etc. These energies propel our body in dance meditation. We sense the energy's uncompromising assertiveness and power; the best that we can do is to administer it respectfully and accurately as the thrust of our own life.
3. Express those energies. Our meditation is to find a balanced point at which we are the intermediary between the impulses which arise and the body which expresses those impulses. We are an interpreter (interpreting energy into action) -- but we are not translating via our mind's analytical function, because neither the impulses nor the body can be fully perceived, understood, or expressed if they are viewed from an analytical perspective. Instead, we appreciate the phenomena of impulses and movement on their own terms, and we make a game of being a precise communicator of our feelings into action. We allow the body to improvise its own movements -- and then we are surprised and perhaps thrilled by the mysterious vitality which moves in ways which we never would have imagined. As we gradually diminish our conscious intrusion, our body asserts its own life. The life is somehow coming directly from the soul and filtering through us until the entire body is such a perfect expression of the energy that the body becomes a light, vibrant entity which is virtually indistinguishable from the soul itself.
4. Allow ecstasy. When we permit the body to express itself and to move in its own way, we are likely to feel a profoundly sensuous and exciting sensation streaming throughout us. This is the body coming to life. This is the state in which the ego's dysfunctional elements no longer control us; they cannot demand that the body conform to any mental image, nor can they convince us that the body is nothing but a stupid machine which has meaning and direction only if guided by the analytical function of mind. This ecstasy -- wild, beautiful, bold -- is perhaps the body's natural state.

What is Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a highly powerful ancient meditation technique originated from the Tantras. It is the scientific way to eliminate the root cause of all the negativities. Yoga Nidra comprises of the secrets of total transformation which give a real positive direction to our life and eliminate the root cause of all negativities like stress related disorders, ailments like hypertension, depression, insomnia, asthma, digestive disorders, etc which drain our life energy. It is the key to penetrate the latent realms of mind, and train the mental faculties to access the immeasurable powers of the subconscious and unconscious mind.
The Sanskrit word Yoga means ‘union’ or ‘one pointed awareness’ and Nidra means ‘sleep’. In Yoga Nidra, the body, mind and intellect are completely relaxed and one appears to be sleeping but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level, and the subconscious and unconscious realms of mind get opened up. So yoga nidra is ‘dynamic sleep’ or in other words ‘psychic sleep’ in which you learn to relax consciously.
Benefits of Yoga Nidra
» Yoga nidra induces deep relaxation at all the levels – physical, mental and emotional.
» Yoga nidra can be used to change the nature of mind along the positive lines.
» The quality of sleep improves dramatically by practicing yoga nidra.
» The work efficiency increases manifolds by practicing yoga nidra.
» Yoga nidra is highly effective in removing stress.
» The diseases like insomnia, hypertension, depression, asthma, digestive disorders, migraine and ulcers can be cured by yoga nidra.
» The practice of yoga nidra shifts pressures from the coronary system.
» It exerts positive influence on the physical matter in the brain.
» Yoga nidra awakens the psychic body and gives the practitioner, experiences of the astral plane.
» The process of learning anything becomes very quick by yoga nidra.

taking it to association notice
Hi kethana enclave apartments owners association
i am saikrishna from 307A. i would like to share with you the non friendly and extremly annoying incident happend at my flat today.
I am currently out of country on business visit from past one month and my wife & kid are also not here since more than a month. I have requested my neighbouring friends to water my plants inside during my absence. till friday we have observed things are fine in my flat . but today morning, i have got the call from 105a friend that there is water sippage observed at 207a and when my friend opend the keys my apartment is with water and water is from kitchen sink tap. we really puzzled that how come it happens and really have any idea. what ever it is, i feel it can be a mistake, even though no body wanted to do it. I am sorry for what ever it is happend and i am ready to take the responsibility towards the incovinience & damage ones i return back next week as per association guidelines.
But the another sad part is, by the time i send my friends (i.e within 3 hrs of i got call ) there to clean the house and take care of the things, it seems that my bed room's door is broken off. later i called security and came to know that 207A owner, Mr Rajiv Gopinath has broken my master bedroom door with help of security. I am really puzzled and surprised how come one will break anothers door and enter into their bedroom with out the owners conern and presence. Even though myself and my wife did not received any calls from Mr Rajiv Gopinath, i have tried to call him multiple times in the morning on his mobile but we got the number as not valied. This may be the extreme step one can consider in extreme emergency situations but i guess not like this.
Even i am facing sippage issue in my two bath room roofs since an year and whole of my wall and roof are spoiled but find minimal support from 407a, even though it is painful, but i was still like to solve the things in peaceful and friendlymanner to maintain the harmony.
After this incident, i really lost the faith on security, and i really dont know the state of the valubles and personal items in that bed room now.
it is not like mistakes never happen, can happen in any ones house on unfortunate times. but i am sure this is not the certainly the way to resolve the things.
I would like to take this as serious offence and looking forward for association help and suggestion to take it further. i am really worried about the security of my flat, living environment, the damage happend to the door and about my personal belongings.
Hope these kind of things wont repeat again.
Best Regards
Saikrishna

2-3 hours water supply in 12 hours
Dear Admin team
Today Morning water supply started at 6.30 in the morning and by 8.45 it stopped. Then it started at around 1300 hours and stopped bt 1330. Till 1815 in the evening there is no water supply.
I asked security person few times, Once he said no tanker, once he switched on and water started but stopped within half an hour. Many times no one pickup at security intercom.
Morning is very cruitial time for everyone. Just because of water many of the occation many of us are getting delayed to office.
Can we fill the overhead tank in the night so that morning water supply can be started early(Anyway no one would use it in night). Because as the water supply starts late in the morning and every house is waiting for the water, it takes lot of time to reach water in few houses based on water pipe location in the tank(some time I get water only after 20 minutes of starting pump).
Also I feel due to storage of water we must be using more water than normal. Western comode needs more water if we pour it from outside compare to flush.
I understand the problem of water shortage. But we need to do something at the earliest.
