Regarding the New Year Celebration on 20th of Jan 08

Hello,
This is regarding the New Year Celebrations Scheduled on the 20th of Jan. I find that lot of activities are scheduled but wanted to know the approximate money that is going to be spent for this event. How much money has to be contributed by us?
My suggestion would be to keep the function simple inorder to reduce the cost.

Books of Accounts - Kethana Enclave

Finally we have reached a point where we can have fresh beginning of Accounts for Kethana Enclave. The complete control of the accounts from Mr.Basavaraj is done and we have tied down the balance perfectly.

Request you to please find the attached spread sheet which gives all the details of the expenditure incurred from last 2 months and all the maintenance collected till now.

 

All the bills are under the safe custody of  Ms.Aslam and members can have look of them and advise.
