Is the Electricity name transfer process is completed ? , Because still I am getting the Bescom bill in our owner name only. Will you please confirm me this....

TV VOLUME AT NIGHT
Dear Kethanites
Some people are watching TV with very high volume at night odd hours. Yesterday at night 1.30AM, In block-A someone was watching TV with very loud volume. It was so much disturbing that my child got up from sleep.
As there is no common wall in our building, one can hear with clarity that is being played in other's house.
I request all to restrict playing audio at high volume at night odd hours.
