Please be informed that Yoga Nidra session will be conducted in Kethana Enclave Meeting room on 24th July 8.30-10PM. All the existing STA participants are strongly recommended to participate. All new members can also participate by calling me at 4151 8294/98802 96269.

Individual : 150Rs
For couples: 250Rs
Charge for family [>= 4 members] :500Rs

50% of the amount collected will be donated to Kethana Enclave association and rest to charity. Number of registrations are restricted to 12 and hence please reply to this email and get registered.

What is Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a highly powerful ancient meditation technique originated from the Tantras. It is the scientific way to eliminate the root cause of all the negativities.
