Property Tax Payment

Dear Kethanites,
PROPERTY TAX PAYMENT - Last Date 31/03/2009.
BBMP has announced that if paid before 31/03/2009 you get a discount of 5%.
Mr. Basavaraj has got in touch with our Area Tax Collector Officer (Mr. Gangadhar) who is willing to come to our door-step and complete the TAX collection formalities.
The Service Charges is Rs.150/-.

Required documents for payment of Tax are the following :
a) Last year Tax Paid Receipt copy.
b) Katha Receipt copy.
c) Cheque favouring “The Commissioner BBMP”
d) Application form. (Will be procured from BBMP office for interested persons – Cost of Application Rs.5/-)

Last Date for submission of the Tax Forms through Association is 01/03/2009.
