Handing Over

Today (25/01/2009), we met our new office bearers team (President, Secretary & Treasurer) at 12 Noon and handed over all the association related things to them, they are

· Water Supply & Sewerage board file
· Generator set File
· BESCOM file
· Elevators related file
· General Correspondence file
· A cheque book comprises 5 Signed cheques (094106 to 094110)
· Letter pad book
· Seal & Rubber stamps
· Voucher books file
· Rupees 3232/- cash
· 3 New voucher book
· 7 closed receipt book and 3 running receipt book

The old team has done all the necessary transfer to new team, still if there is any further help, the new team can feel free to contact any of us anytime.
