As you aware, our accounts are with our internal auditor, based on his findings we found the following dues are pending. Hope you would understand and help us by paying the bills within our due dates.
Corpus fund dues:

· G3-B (1ST corpus fund)- Rs.1000/-
· 104B - Rs.1000/-
· 101B - Rs.1000/-
Maintenance Dues (Pending):
· 303-A (Aug) - Rs.1000/-
· G3B (May & June) - Rs.2000/-
· 101B (Aug & Sep) - Rs.2000/-
· 104B (Sep) - Rs.1000/-
· 107B (Oct & Dec) - Rs.2000/-
· 301B (Dec) - Rs.1000/-
· 401A (Dec) - Rs.1000/-
Please pay the dues within this month 31st Jan 2009. Those who failed to make payments within this month Rs.250/- fine would be collected along with the payments. The same point would be brought into our association meeting and a final call would be taken based on the collective ideas. Please contact our President/Treasurer for any further clarification.
