Today we met at 11 am exactly and read out the key points of MOA – Memorandum of Association and as instruction given by “Society Act”, we formed our executive team as follows. We elected all positions collectively without polling. Since this is first time, we didn’t know each other, so all our active participants are elected as our office bearers.
