General Body Election
In our 6th meeting, we decided to have our “General body election” by this Sunday (18/11/2007) at 11 AM as per society act without getting it registered. We are going to elect a “President”, “Secretaries” and “Treasurers”. The Memorandum of Association (MOA) would be prepared upon completion.
This circular is an official invitation to participate in the election, and if you are unable to vote, you can authorize (proxy) any one of your family member (over 18 years) to vote on behalf of you.
In case, if you are unable to contribute, then the decision would be taken with “on hand vote count”. Our Security is bringing the acknowledgement sheet, Please sign it as a token of acceptance.
The candidates are yet to be decided; interested people can volunteer by sending a mail to Kethanaenclave@gmail.com (or) contact our co-ordination committee.
Note for tenants: Please provide your flat owner name and mobile number in the acknowledgement sheet; we would get in touch with them & get back to you.
