Just spoke to Sreeni (G7/B). Update is Valuer is visiting the premises 21st Nov'07.As per Sreeni the calculation is based on total sqft deviated X Market value per sqft . Currently the market value is close to Rs.1000 per sqft.
Once we know the exact sqft deviated ...we need to take a concious decision based on the total deviation how do we plan to go ahead .

I totally agree with Muthu, We need to know this at earliest to arrange for the finance, and also most importantly plan further on how to approach for regularisation.
