General Body Meeting Invitation

We have crossed 3 complete months now. We need to understand where exactly we are standing and also what’s our future plans? The agenda & meeting date & time are as follows:
Agenda:

1. Electricity Transfer – Mission Critical (10 Minutes)
2. Approval for our new Joint Secretary – Critical (5-10 Minutes)
3. Service versus Money, which one do we need give importance – Moderate. (10 Minutes)
4. Identification of 2 wheelers parking lot (10 Minutes)
5. How to approach our water scarcity in summer? (10 Minutes)
6. Feedbacks, Concerns & Suggestions if any (10 Minutes)

Note: As decided, every month first Sunday would be our office bearers meeting by 9 PM, but due to enough meeting we had recently, we are forced to skip this meeting as very less availability of our office bearers and also we haven’t got any specific points to discuss.
We’d request everyone to participate in our General Body Meeting.
