Get prepared to electricity name transfer with the subsequent papers:
Sale Deed copy
Katha Certificate
Electricity Bill
Charge per transfer is Rupees 800/-
Take a photocopy of all the above papers along with Rs.800/- and submit it to me/treasurer to start the process.
Note: It is first come first serve value added service by our association and not a mandatory, so owner(s) who wish to do it on their own can straight away go ahead and do it anytime.

Last Friday (04/04/08), Due to heavy rain our chamber got choked. We informed to the concern people and get it rectified and paid Rs.500/-
The person who rectified the chamber was complaining that so many plastic papers were lying in and around our chamber, Please co-operate us by not putting any plastic items on our outlets.

I have paid the tax for the last year and the date ends 31st March 2008. I would like to know if we need to go to the revenue office to pay the tax or is any tax collector coming over to collect it. can any other arrangement be made for all of us? I would really appreciate if someone can provide some information.

We had our General Body Meeting as scheduled 09/03/2008 11 AM and the MOM is as follows.

Dhureen Babu has volunteered for this activity and he would get back to us by Wednesday (12/03/2008).
Approval for our new Joint Secretary
Circular would be sent across to people by secretary.
Service versus Money, which one do we need give importance
Service is more important than money, so hereafter importance would be given for service and cost/budget would be discussed on our meeting.
Identification of 2 wheelers parking lot
Existing system is fine, so we haven’t discussed further on this topic
How to approach our water scarcity in summer
Vijay & Unni volunteered for this activity and they would get back to us within a week time.
Feedbacks, Concerns & Suggestions if any
Since we haven’t got any serious points to discuss on feedbacks and concerns, we skipped it.

Based on that we can prepare a checklist and create process in place for all our activities. For Example: Handling labors (sweapers, Iron wala), water, security, electricity and our maintenance. Hi,
The Government has drastically cut the regularisation fee by 80 per cent for illegal sites with an area of up to 60 square metres (20 x 30 ft; there are about 50,000 such sites) and 60 per cent for sites with area 60 to 120 (30 x 40 ft; about 1.5 lakh sites) square metres.
With this cut, the regularisation fee has come down from Rs. 200 to Rs. 40 a square metre for sites up to 60 square metres and from Rs. 400 to Rs. 160 for sites with an area of 60 to 120 square metres in BBMP limits. The Master Plan 2015 will be made applicable for land use in Bangalore.
However there is no reduction of penalty for sites greater than 1200 square feet which is Rs 600/sq m.
