Please send us the update on the meeting which was conducted on 15th this month since some of us were present and we need to make others to know what happened. Also I request Mr.Sushil to share some of the documents related to water treatment plant / meeting .

Nandlal, Can you please share the account details for last three months? Previously we used to get full account details about maintaince fund collections and corpus fund collections, list of the flat owners who has not paid maintainance and corpus fund etc.

Why we stopped using our blog?

Hello! Office bearers

No updates on our accounts since April 2009,
No active discussions and seeking opinions from people
No updates on MOM and decisions.

Why are we going back to ancient days?
Why can’t we utilize this service efficiently for communication?

There are some drawbacks of putting all our problems on notice board as well

1. Difficult to get tenants for our vacant flats
2. Rent would go down
3. Impression & feel would go for a toss

Visualize “5 water issues, couple of house for rent & a house for sale” on our notice board from a visitor’s eye!

So, the only way to evade this is communicating via blog!!, please keep informed & help out others to understand what’s happening in our apartment.

Garbage dumping in common area

Hi
Some body regularly dumps garbage infront of our home. (205/A). Morning we saw one bag dumped, we thought cleaning lady would have kept it for disposal. Evening we saw one more bag,along with previous one. I request fellow residents to inform their maids to dump the garbage in the place allocated in the basement.

URGENT ATTENTION -- WATER SUMP LID BROKEN

Dear Admin Team,

please note that water sump lid is totally broken and is in a bad shape, all dust & other contaminants are daily falling into the water tank creating a major health scare , already this issue has been highlighted to the concerned. Being a summer there is a likelihood of major breakout of virus & bacteria contamination. Please take necessary action to rectify the same. The lid is breaking very often and needs to be rectified once for all.
