TV VOLUME AT NIGHT

Dear Kethanites
Some people are watching TV with very high volume at night odd hours. Yesterday at night 1.30AM, In block-A someone was watching TV with very loud volume. It was so much disturbing that my child got up from sleep.
As there is no common wall in our building, one can hear with clarity that is being played in other's house.
I request all to restrict playing audio at high volume at night odd hours.

Water supply issues

Hello,
I am also facing the same problem as Mr.Srijit is facing that is i am not getting water in the Bathroom which is located in the Hall which is the most important one as we use it more often. Moreover even if the water tank is full i don't get water here i feel something has to be done ASAP as it is really affecting us. I am facing this problem for quite sometime now. Requesting your kind attention on this.

We are facing severe water crisis all these days and this issue is across all flats unfortunately and the main reason for this crisis is "our tanker wala is now facing water insufficiency in his borewell regrettably"

Please bear with us for the time being and now we are seriously working towards fixing it by taking various measures (as posted in our notice board) and at the same time we would ensure that “the same situation would never come back in near future”

Water Crisis

Hi,

As we all are aware, we are facing a severe water crisis for the past few months. But it has become miserable for the past 1-2 weeks. And to mess it up I am not getting water at all in my Bathrooms & in the dinning Wash basin for the past 4 days!!! But same time it is available in the kitchen / work area as & when the tanker comes. I feel the plumbing has done in such a way that the Bathroom area will get water only when our overhead tank is full to a particular higher level. This may not be happening now a day all the time due to the shortage in getting sufficient no. of tankers. I don't know if this problem is there for all or only for few flats. Request you all to comment & if this is a common problem we need to have a solution.

Also how are we going to come out of this water crisis in general?

We have received the acknowledgement of electricity name transfer by wednesday (15/05/2008) from electricity board, those who applied for this are requested to come and collect the same from me. Please keep it safe as it would help us in case of emergency.

1. Electrictity Transfer forms submited for the first 24 flats last Thursday (08/05/08) as scheduled, those who're not applied, please do not rush, let us wait for our first batch result
2. Painting jobs for our assiciation board has completed by today (11/05/08)
3. We are planning to buy couple of drums for us and also taken steps to keep the garbage area clean. (12/05/08)

change in ownership of Electricity connection

Dear Kethanites,

We have got the NOC from the builder for most of the residents and we are taking forward this to change the ownership of electricity meters to individual names, it will  cost each of you 800/- (Rupees)

We have found an agent to do the conversion activity, request each one of you to pay the above amount so that we can arrange for the same to be completed within this month. Tomorrow the agent is coming to collect the money , request everybody to pay the amount by tomorrow(4.05.08) morning before 11 AM.

EPIC form- How to apply for ID Card

Dear Kethanites,

 

I have procured EPIC form to apply for Election ID card, you have to just fill it and attach your photo and drop it at nearest Area Revenue office drop box. you can collect the forms from the security.We all need to apply and procure ID card so we can become a large voting block that our area politicians cant ignore and will be helpful in getting our work for the association done. So, request each of you to do the needful.

I have noticed that the common areas are uncleaned for quite a few days. Today, I was told that the cleaning ladies have left the job due to less payments...

What exactly is happening? How come this issue was not brought up immediately.

We need to have a meeting and find a long term solution for this issue.

Again our drainage chamber has choked:

Last Friday (04/04/08), Due to heavy rain our chamber got choked. We informed to the concern people and get it rectified and paid Rs.500/-

The person who rectified the chamber was complaining that so many plastic papers were lying in and around our chamber, Please co-operate us by not putting any plastic items on our outlets.

I would like to know if we need to go to the revenue office to pay the tax or is any tax collector coming over to collect it. can any other arrangement be made for all of us? We had our General Body Meeting as scheduled 09/03/2008 11 AM and the MOM is as follows.

Dhureen Babu has volunteered for this activity and he would get back to us by Wednesday (12/03/2008).

Service versus Money, which one do we need give importance
Service is more important than money, so hereafter importance would be given for service and cost/budget would be discussed on our meeting.

Existing system is fine, so we haven’t discussed further on this topic

How to approach our water scarcity in summer
Vijay & Unni volunteered for this activity and they would get back to us within a week time.
